Shipping Policy

At Clothenic by Anu, we are committed to delivering your fashion finds to you as swiftly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery methods, and what to expect once you place an order with us.

1. Order Processing Time
  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

  • High Volume Periods: During peak seasons, festive sales, or new collection launches, order processing may take an additional 24-48 hours. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship all across India using reliable, premium courier partners to ensure your clothing arrives in perfect condition.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping rate of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster, while remote areas may take closer to 7 days.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, public strikes, or logistical issues at the courier's end. We appreciate your patience in such rare events.)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email and SMS. This message will include your tracking number(s) and a link to our courier partner’s website so you can follow your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you offer COD, include this section: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India. A nominal convenience fee of ₹50 may apply to all COD orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Clothenic by Anu cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing address information provided at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping details (including your PIN code and phone number) before completing your purchase.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; however, standard shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your garments. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit:

  • Damaged Items: Please do not accept the package if it appears visibly tampered with or damaged. If you discover damage after opening, take clear photographs of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Support Email].

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with your neighbors or building security. If it is still missing, notify us within 3 business days so we can raise an investigation with our courier partner.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Clothenic by Anu ships exclusively within India. We are working hard to expand our operations and hope to offer international shipping soon!
